Copyright Policy
Effective September 14, 2026
User responsibility
Ocarina Workshop is for music that users own, that is public domain in their jurisdiction, or that they have permission to upload and arrange. A public-domain composition may still have a protected modern edition, arrangement, performance, transcription, or MIDI file.
Reporting infringement
Send a copyright report to mitchellmagat@gmail.com or use the contact form with the subject “Copyright complaint.” Include:
- Your full name, contact information, and relationship to the rights holder.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- The URL, score identifier, or other information sufficient to locate the disputed material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Response
Ocarina Workshop may disable access, preserve relevant records, ask the submitting user for evidence, and take other appropriate action while reviewing a report. Users who repeatedly submit infringing material may have their access terminated.
Counter-notices
If your material is restricted because of a copyright report, contact mitchellmagat@gmail.com with the report details and your basis for believing the restriction was mistaken. Legal requirements may apply before access can be restored.
No rights granted by purchase
Buying credits or downloading an arrangement does not grant a license to the underlying musical work or any third-party MIDI, edition, transcription, or arrangement.
